glad it's been restarted. I imagine they never even started reviewing our apps considering the program would expire. We may have to resubmit, who knows. My point was, at the time, especially the Feb 2016 filing, we KNEW that application wouldn't get approved before Mar 31 2016 and we filed anyway. It was pointless. Glad it's renewed.
