Read over the 10Q Yes we are going back to the patents again
It states that ,"We have already filed eight provisional patent applications with the USPTO".
Does that mean the same as patent pending? As in they have not secured the actual patents yet, but have filed the paperwork and have 12 months to file a non provisional application?
