'Been wondering the same thing, NR.  If tumor shrinkage is demonstrated and side effects are minimal, how much longer does Pfizer or another in big pharma land wait for the SP to shoot higher?  There comes a time when the X/Y graph of rising cost vs lower risk intersect.  One of the biggies would want their name to be interchangeable with curing cancer in the minds of the public.
