Matt will need to update the shareholders in the coming months with news that the problems have been taken care of.  Also, I did not get the sense that the operations have been affected by this technical issue, so things should still be continuing as normal on the operational end of the things.  The additional employees should help speed up the acquisitions process and business developments during 2013.
