FYI, the upcoming Shareholder's Meeting is NOT the required Annual Shareholder's Meeting (that will still occur later this year, probably in December).
This SPECIAL meeting is being called together for the very special purpose of letting the shareholder's know where the company stands at this time.
There is, of course, the need to have an interim shareholder's meeting in order to formally vote on some items (name change, reverse split terms, etc.).
The way I see the upcoming SH.........bragging rights.
Tony and his staff have spent the last 6+ months making the impossible happen. They have taken a lot of undeserved "heat", especially on that "other" investment board.
The upcoming SH is their time to shine and to set the record straight............
