The huffing and puffing has been going on since 2015. What is Kyle or Craig afraid of? Or what about shareholders?
I realize there were posts about the "Murphy precedent" concerning the current lawsuit, but that was a DEFAULT judgement......ie no Defendant showed up. My how things have changed, eh?
Ask Huffman if I will show up and wake me up when they file something. At last report last year they were in preparation for preparing documents to be submitted in a pending lawsuit, or some such garbage.
Of course shareholders were considering filing a lawsuit too depending on how I responded, according to Cliff Hunt's email a year ago.
Well........I'm waiting.
