The company likes to release news after the market closes. I also hope they don't wait and release the 10K before the open, and pray they don't file for an extension. If they do this thing will tank further IMO. As it is they seem to want to fill the gap at $.91 - $1.04. Total and blatant naked shorting of the stock.
