Just noticed that another company has stayed the course and a bogus "shareholder" suit against it bites the dust.

09:01 AM EDT, 03/30/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Anavex Life Sciences (AVXL) said Thursday an appeal filed in January of the December dismissal of a stockholder lawsuit against it and others has been withdrawn.
Shares of the company were up 5.5% in pre-market trading.
With the withdrawal of the appeal, the lawsuit has concluded without payment of any fees or costs by the company.
The appeal of the lawsuit, originally filed in the U.S. Southern District of New York court in December 2015, was filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. The company noted in its 10-Q filed in February its intention to continue 'vigorously defending' itself.
