Longs will have been bidding .0003s from the moment it came off the bottom to try to prevent others getting .0002s.
If they don't get filled at .0003 they will buy on the ask to have inventory to trade whilst preserving their .0002s for eventual runs in the .0020>.01 range. We may also see people that bought at .0006/7 add at .0004/5.
