Agree with NotRichYet2 and AlanC, the market makers are just trying to shake out anything they can but people understand that the funding deal is good news, coming on top of the Brilacidin-OM good news and the Brilacidin-UP good news.
This really might be the last chance to get sub-1.00 stock.
The fact that CTIX raised only a couple of million bucks means to me that they don't think they're going to need more. Connect the dots -- that's screaming "partnership" to me.
