Kyle does not take a salary, hasn't sold shares? Bad because he gets reimbursed for cell phone and travel costs! He should PAY to work for the company!
High volume? Bad because there are a lot of shares available. Or it's wash trading. Anything other than people are just buying the stock.
Price going up? Bad because it's not high enough and some days it goes down.
