Stocks that get suspended are out 2 or more years. We have another year to go from here before it even needs to be considered.
Plus as we have seen yesterday...when they are under the gun they deliver. The filings are most likely done and waiting for the bk to resolve so if the SEC says file or else they would file. This is not something to be concerned about IMO.
