In PA, which I think is similar to most, requires all cannabis products for PA patients to be made in PA. No interstate commerce in cannabis products is allowed, except for minors. PA has an exception for minors- patients under 18 can source cannabis MMJ from any state or country, as long as it is of the same form allowed by state processors. PA doesnt allow smokeables, only creams, oils, lotions and pills. As long as the product is of those forms, OK for minors to source anywhere.
