Or it could take awhile. They have to hire a valuation firm to determine the value of the injected assets. And from what I can tell, they haven't funded the bridge yet. So they simply don't have the funds to hire the valuation firm.
(This is because funding of the bridge allows SeD to name an additional two board members. And they haven't done that.)
