There's some chatter on hub about Empire Global Advisory Services. They were part owner in the 85% of iTALK per the agreement in Sept 2015.
On the very last page of this link it shows the post merger capitalization and that Lee Family owns 77.5 while Global owns 7.5. Could UMS be paying them off due to the fact that Lee is the only one that will own the debtor out of bk?
