I was curious from the get go why SeD was so keen on brining in those particular assets. Obviously, they have relationships with the companies that owns them. So, it is not far fetched to assume that they know in advance they can get someone to give valuation of $12.5m or more. They are playing a chess game and are several moves ahead.
