Bringing the financials into compliance again is not a good thing for those who are buying.
Once those financials are brought up to date to the satisfaction of the SEC, then Fidelity will release its restrictions...and there will be more buyers chasing a dwindling supply of stock.
The pps will undoubtedly rise.
If you have the balls to buy under these "uncertain" times, than the day it is announced that the books are in compliance is not your friend.

ie.......I am sorry for those faithful to Fidelity and who can not buy at these ridiculously low prices, but I am also not foolish enough to pass up a once in a lifetime bargain....................
