While LT is thinking, let me provide some unsolicited feedback. My impression of the company is that they don't make decisions based on the stock's activity, they make them based on what their legal counsel and business team deems appropriate for notifying shareholders.
If they withhold news until the SHM, they'll be thought of as irresponsible and trying to pump the stock. If they release news as it is available, it'll make them seem like they're simply announcing events as they occur. I'm of the opinion that they won't withhold news because of the risk of coming across as stock "pumpers" and Tony sure as shit doesn't put out news just for the sake of increasing the stock price.
