It's concerning that they can go all the way to 1:30,000 if they feel like it. Also, they're not planning on reducing the AS at all, which means they can just start dumping shares on the OS again.
Sure the documents say they don't have any plans to do that, but that doesn't mean anything coming from a company that already has driven their share price to No Bid in only the first year and a half of company existence.
