City C.O. is finished – Phase One completed. This was the more difficult one – especially because dealing with MJ, features such as construction, fire safety, power and environmental control
Now comes the State C.O. – we basically have met all requirements – now just a few “comments” – this has proven easier, and we are presently waiting.
Production license – edibles, extractions, oils, different food products
Flower – will yield revenues after about 90 days.
We will look for almost immediate rev’s, using other people’s raw plant, turning it into products within 3 weeks from now.
Growing/Cultivation license – rev’s after about 90 days. In the beginning, estimate of about $15-20k / month. With expansion and growth, more like several $100k / month.
Our goal is several $million / month
Fed. Gov’t. Regulations? Old news – ain’t gonna happen. Fed. Gov’t. itself has said they don’t have the resources for it.
Nevada Gov. Sandoval: “We are going forward with what the people voted for!”
Gov’t. is interested in the tax revenue – combining Fed. Tax, state, city, etc. comes up to about 50% of rev’s will go to taxes. After gov’t. declassification from Schedule 1 to 2, less taxes.
Debt is gone. No toxic debt. CEO invested $350k of his own money. PNTV is well-positioned.
