I like what i read and understand so far about the 8K.
Mr. Chan in control of AMBS for 93%! a big plus in my book
Only around 78million outstanding shares! very surprising, i was expecting more like 100 million! So thats another positive!
GC not taking a salary since 1 august 2016 is another pleasant surprise.
Toxics being handled nicely!
So much to digest still but so far i like it.... ALOT!
