Ok, I don't understand your reply fully.
"Nope" is how you start it -- are you saying OWCP can't rise to $20 by end of year? (I assume not based on the $15 thing.)
But, also, "this stock should factors in future ear infection" -- auto-correct?! LOL.
What I'm also suggesting on a rise to $20 is stable share prices too, not rise to $20 with a consolidation back to $9 (like AXIM).
