I have the answer for that! Haha. Ironically, I e-mailed Dan again tonight to see that they're reviewing OWCP again to list next Quarter.
Here was his response in November 2016 as to why they didn't include them:
Jeff,
OWCP didn't meet the minimum trading criteria last quarter to be included. We require a minimum $10m market cap, $20k daily trading value, and $0.10 share price (based on weighted average). They'll be reevaluated at the end of this year to see if they meet trading criteria in Q4.
