"TTDZ plans to bring "Privileged Inc" to the market as a new company. Read the PR's again. Triton will receive royalty for the reservation system...Privileged Inc will receive the membership list. By doing this they will be able to form a new company that can be traded on a better market. Assume the float will be low if the terms are similar to EHI. Current shareholders will receive shares  of the newly formed Privileged Inc in the same way as EHI. That is how I read the PR's. This is great news for TTDZ shares holders if they are patient"
