DarkForce VPOR has $10M mkt cap. I estimated they
can do about $3M revs 2017 as is, but if they get there
hot 'grinder' product contracted with that major
distributor from last PR that could accelerate their
sales further.
So bottomline IMO VPOR is trading about FAIR
VALUATION in the 2's. The biggest negative
they have is still about $2M in convertible notes
they have to pay off and since they aren't turning
a profit yet there will likely be further dilution in
coming months.
