So I think one of the biggest, well at least MY biggest mistakes, is has to be chasing/fear of missing out (FOMO) I see these hot stocks and I'm like oh man let me throw some money at it without fully understanding the charts (Pull backs, gap ups, etc) Penny stock gap ups dont do this (GOOGLE IT).
The fear of missing more money resulted in holding stocks way too long and then profits turned to losses. These made short term profits into long term losses as i have to now hold them until they, hopefully, hit bottom and turn around, or just cut losses and take whats left and reinvest into something else.
I'm still new to this and am grateful for the open dialogue, assistance, coaching, teaching, jokes, camaraderie, watch lists, alerts, etc.
onward and upward, or at least onward and sideways...
