this isn't rocket science .. try this visual .. when NON RETAIL is successful
in successfully compressing a targeted PPS >> via parting legit sells out of
actual investors >> *VOLUME* on the targeted stock ramps .. it doesn't decrease
until NON RETAIL's *goal* of no bid is achieved ..
repeat after me .. PTOI's *volume* has successively decreased each year since
P2O was wrested back in mid August 2013
PTOI's 2017 *volume* is on par with 2009's .. think about it
CEs are conserving *efforts* to most likely work the (presumed) NT coming out on 3.30.17
suspect CEs have less than 200,000 to BLOCK with .. if that much ..
it won't matter if P2O executes and RH articulates said execution ..
