I wish as a share holder that he had a better explanation.  A WORM, Please.  The infrastructure is clearly not in place.  To grow his company he will need employees.  If everything would have been done on time, the stock price would be much better.  My shares are there but dead.  This is obviously and maybe for quite a while a start up company.  I am really questioning whether or not this company is legitimate.  The whole issue is not with the Q3 filing but the TA and brokerage.  The TA should have been completed by the end of Oct as planned, not in the new year sometime.
