Based on today's interim analysis, it's definitely a positive sign. The exciting part is that the plasma concentrations of B were less than 10 ng/ml, meaning efficacy could be even higher with greater concentrations (> 3 mg/ml in water) or more frequent rinsing (like 5 times daily).

The enrollment pace should be faster now because patients are more likely to enroll knowing it helped 7 out of 9 patients. Even if each site just enrolled 1 patient per month, that'll be 45 patients in three months.
