They made a lot of money by shorting it after the Mako article and Rosen phony ambulance-chaser lawsuit. Naturally yes I do believe that this was a criminal conspiracy, and that the conspiracy has continued to try to hold the price down. We have seen this on other small stocks before (see: OCAT, also attacked by Mako/Rosen). OCAT was bought out soon after an additional Mako article attacking it. Had they been bought out at the price they were before the first Mako attack, they would have been bought out for at least double the price.
