Those are the legal shorts numbers for CTIX. I have nothing against the legal short in fact, imo is is good for the stock as that short is against borrowed shares and with good news the short will willingly cover to save money.
The illegal short or naked short is the shorting I want stopped. Thousands of companies have been bankrupted by criminal abusive naked shorting with billions if not trillions stolen from investors in the process. This practice needs to be banned as was done in Europe. Hope this makes things clearer for you.
