Actually, the opposite of what you think is relevant or what the company has to report is true.
Relevant issues for the future have more to do with what the company is doing to become a revenue driven, profitable organization.
No company, reporting or not is going to disseminate the information with the level of detail you are requesting. The fact that stock transactions occurred was reported.
If the SEC asks any questions then I'm sure the company is not only ready, but willing to answer.
Any details beyond that isn't something that is required to be reported to shareholders.
The fact that the company even elaborated on some of the issues you are concerned deserves praise for at addressing the issue and trying to provide some degree of transparency even though they are not legally obligated to do so.
If you are basing any investment decisions so heavily on the two factors you have been constantly bringing up, then you should probably go back to the drawing board and re-evaluate your "long term" investment strategy. Your premise is flawed.
What you are considering "important" has nothing to do with what the company is doing now to move to profitability. Absolutely nothing..
It just creates a baseline for unsubstantiated speculation and rumor generation that the bashers love....(hmm) They just love to take irrelevancies and turn them into conspiracy theories.
The improprieties of previous company employees, that almost destroyed the company have been dealt with. The company has already passed that information on in the spirit of transparency. The restoration process is underway.
Common sense dictates that it will indeed be be a a somewhat time consuming task, but hardly insurmountable given the team working on it.
Your questions pose absolutely no insight into the companies chances for success. It creates basher fodder.
So.....if you think this board is defensive, maybe you should re-evaluate the topic of discussion and your behavior.
Same patterns bashers have been using for years to try to create discord on this board. There are tight controls on this board for a reason.
So....If you don't like this boards style or "spin", maybe it is better to find a forum more in line with you thought process. Or start your own.
