Does anyone know if the following clinical trials website cover trials outside the US?

If you click on the full text view, the study was to have begun in February and to have been completed by July, 2017.
Not sure if this was a second study or if it's the one in Israel. And if it's the one in Israel what is it doing on a US site. Maybe one of you can shed some light on this. Thanks!
