I appreciate the lengthy diatribe. However, can you answer both of these questions by providing evidence? I have yet to find answers so I don't consider this 'old news'.
1) How many shares does Jeff Foley currently own? Remember, NTEK is a Form 15 filing company. As far as I am aware, company officers DO NOT have to display Form 4's when buying or selling securities. I remember Jeff Foley buying many shares as well way back in 2013. That is why when I asked IR about how many shares Jeff Foley currently owns, I was a little disgruntled with their response (or lack thereof).
2) Lisa Foley was issued 30 million shares. Can you provide evidence that she still holds all, or at least, a portion of those shares? If so, at what price? IR has not responded back to my inquiries on this matter (so far). I remember someone stating that she was issued shares to cancel debt and the price was calculated at .03.
I'm simply trying to find answers.
