2) While the CEO is responsible too shareholders, it is NOT to pump the stock for short term pps bumps.
3) A GOOD CEO develops and executes a business plan that creates long-term value, growth, and stability of the company which translates into a good investment for the shareholders.
This CEO has a good business plan in place. Now, just as she said she will do, she is executing it.
