It was reported on here a few months ago that 4 and 5 are still sitting where they have been for the last 3-4 years outside, not paid for and rusting.

I do not think 4 and 5 are even an issue.

I can't believe Rick let down his shareholders again!

I hope you sent an angry email to Rick letting him know your displeasure.
