She did not release her shares. She cant, they are locked from what I know. The statement was made by someone else that a ceo makes money when the SP goes up. That is not true. SP has nothing to do with making a company money. The only money a company gets from stock is when it was introduced to the market. OR when they add more to the authorized shares and do an offering, which BMXC has not.
