Hey I wonder if anybody has trademarked the image of a great big bad bud?

(No, NOT the kind on the Hemp plant, If it even has one.)

I mean... from California or Colorado, not Texas of course.

I don't know if it can be done - the USPTO is funny (the bad way) about stuff like that.

(Btw, Not that I know what one looks like, either. I can neither confirm nor deny my having any knowledge of such matters.)

Wouldn't that be a great TM to have in the wings for the day in the future when it could be used nationally?
