Those costs were described as: " Se lling, general and administrative expenses consist primarily of personnel-related costs, legal costs, accounting costs and other professional, regulatory and administrative costs."

I'm not sure where debt pay down is included in " personnel-related costs, legal costs, accounting costs and other professional, regulatory and administrative costs."
