in March because of DELAYS in PHASE II rollout.

You seem to have a problem with people
stating FACTS on this board because doesn't
fit your pie in sky thinking ICNB will go to
the moon next week.

I'm still very bullish on ICNB but also a realist that
things don't always go as planned in business.

Anyone who was SMART to take profits
around .03 now has a lot more shares
they can buy below .02.
