every pubco has amended filings .. it's a reality regardless of where traded
or mgmts (or counsels') expertise

what i'm curious to see is how RH handles the next round of material events

i've posted what i would do .. with the 2 known .. (MOU/DA and RE Asset closed)

i would file 2 separate 8ks' .. issue the K .. and then put out a PR that not only
ties together *known* but articulates what intent is *next* .. in other words *vision*
