If you are referring to the OM trial. . .the biggest takeaway from the UP results thus far (ironically) is the improved prospect for the OM trial, also a topical administration largely for inflammation. Brilacidin may work at both ends.
Note also that the pre-clinical study results for OM were impressive.

Polymedix had gone with much too high a dose, prompting the BP issues. The current UP trial has yet to complete the third cohort at the highest dose. Completed cohorts merely reveal favorable activity and stellar safety. It's that simple.
