I see your discussion in IHub and I partially agree with you. The contract was for a sale of a minimum of two, maximum of six processors, but as you alluded, was contingent on EcoNav doing a pilot run. Later, PTOI put out a press release saying EcoNav had expanded its relationship to essentially become a middleman where it then found two additional customers willing to buy thirty more processors.
Mr. Heddle vetted EcoNav out, expressing his confidence in them to shareholders...then after a number of extensions totaling thirteen months, the deal was announced as terminated...absolutely no reason given.
The common pattern is that there's a lot of hoopla around each one of these announced deals...then when the deals fall apart as they invariably do, it's always the 'other guy's' fault and the deal is portrayed as never having been important anyway. I think some of the other posters are taking issue with your sentiment that the announced sale was no big deal. When the contract was announced, I'm pretty sure I was the only one on this message board who said the contract wouldn't result in any actual sale, qualified by actual cash changing hands at a price above scrap value.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
