May be true, but synthetic has it's place. Kind of like how Dilaudid, Fentanyl, Norco, etc. are al synthetic derivatives of opiates, whereas Oxymorphone, Hydromorphone, Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, are all semisynthetic, more true opiates.
