Looking at the Part D of the SEC filing dated 3/22/17 it lists the total value of the offering for the preferred stock at $1,000,000 and the amount sold at $300,000. Does this mean Baltia must raise an additional $650,000 before they can afford to pay for the cost of certification testing or is there sufficient funds to pay for the cost of the test and the training of the people to perform the test ?
