Hey John, I just spoke to Dave Gentry (RedChip Companies, Inc.). He is the IR guy on GIGL. I bought only 10% of my position at around .16, but I am feeling like I missed this move. However, they do have a private placement offering which one can invest in. Would you recommend going into the private placement? The benefit of course is that you get shares discounted from the market price, but you are restricted for 6 months to 1 year. I have done many of these with other companies.
