I don't know, but talking to Jeff Friedland one time about helping North Dakota Legislators write a common sense Medical Marijuana bill, he did mention Alan as a person who could help with that as well.
He definitely said Alan was back in Colorado. Could have simply been a matter of wanting to return to the United States?
