FNHI management/auditing team have a habit of filing late financials (i.e. NT). Those looking for a near term catalyst may have to wait until May. They filed their K in May last year. They cannot list on the CSE without their annual being filed.
Chart is certainly compelling for a future move north in a big way. But, based on the CEOs comments they have a lot of work to do and will conduct additional fund raising to move their model forward.
Personally I'm still unclear how their capital structure will be modified (if any) to list on the CSE.
