Not sure but i read a few posts before from some investors that PR's cost a lot of money.

I believe (pure speculation) they will announce a PR when they finalize the funding deal with SeD (when the toxics are taken out).

I don't think that releasing a PR about the new directors, is going to do anything to the pps anyway. You might as well do a big PR that is meaningfull like the last one they did (by laying out the plan/LOI).
