Jan has paid off every note so far with no dilution
and that was when the company was hardly bringing
in any revs. By the time those small notes come due
PGUS will be rolling in profits from AG harvest
so I fully expect Jan has it planned to pay off
those notes as well.
He's demonstrated many times he will do
everything possible to limit dilution.
